Our production, our control.
We manage production inside our own organisation — woven and denim — and hold the standard at every stage, from the approved sample through to the finished garment.
No figure appears on this page until it has been measured. Where one is missing, it is missing on purpose.
The thread
One order, followed end to end.
Design, sampling, sourcing, production and quality control sit inside one structure, so a decision taken at one stage is not renegotiated at the next. These are the eight stages every order passes through.

Design and development
We follow the market, work through your expectations and develop the product against your collection and your specification.

Pattern and sample
The pattern and sample department carries the product from the first idea through to final sample approval.

Fabric and materials
Fabric and trims are sourced from our own network of mills and suppliers in Türkiye and abroad, with alternatives offered from the fabric showroom.

Approvals
Nothing is planned into production until the product, the fabric and the sample have all been approved.

Planning
Once the approvals are in, the production slot is planned and the order is scheduled against it.

Production
Woven and denim on our own floor. Volumes our floor cannot take go to three partner factories in İzmir, chosen by quantity and by product.

Finishing
Garment washed, non-washed, or garment dye, chosen for the fabric and for the look the product needs.

Quality control and dispatch
Five checks run through the order, then the goods are packed to your specification and dispatched with the export documents prepared here.
Materials
What we work with.
Fabric comes from our own network of mills and suppliers in Türkiye and abroad. The showroom and the hangers in it are kept current, so alternatives for a collection can be put in front of you quickly rather than chased.

Quality
Quality starts at the beginning.
Not at the end. Five checks run through the order, each against the approved sample and your specification. A lot that fails one does not move to the next.
First article
The first piece off the line is checked against the approved sample before the line is allowed to run.
Inline control
Checked at the line while it is still set up, so a fault is corrected where it happened instead of at the end.
Final control
The finished lot is checked against your specification before it is packed.
Packing control
Carton contents, labels and packing are checked against your packing list before the order leaves.
Rework and claim rates are not published yet. They go on the quarterly record once the first full period has been measured.
